The Ishikawas had always thought "Florentine" meant "with Spinache," as it often is on menus. It apparently means something else in Florence. Thankfully, the Ishikawas stayed at a wonderful B& B called The Grand Tour, actually a private "house" dating from the 15th century, lovingly restored and rented to lucky tourists by Cristina and Giuseppe. They were most helpful in recommending restaurants and underlining their locations on a map for the easily-lost Ishikawas.
Cat ate well.
The Ishikawas still remember the orange flavoured squid at LOBS.
