Finally back in Florence in time for a demonstration that seemed to shut down the city and fills its streets with irate citizens. The train strike was said to be over by the afternoon when the Ishikawas were supposed to take a train to Venice. "What time is the train for Venice?" they asked at the information room in the central train station. "There is no train to Venice" they were told by the information man. "What about the 4:20 train?" the Ishikawas asked, having overheard another information person telling travelers at the next window. "Oh, that train. Yes, it leaves at 4:20 from track 10" their information person finally admitted.
